Born in Algeria and raised in the Netherlands, Nawel has always worked at the intersection of people, culture, and growth. After completing her academic education at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in International Public Health, she spent several years in the academic field: teaching, mentoring, and designing programs that helped both young and experienced professionals find their purpose and potential.

Through that journey, she saw a recurring pattern: organizations often get stuck not because of a lack of vision, but because people aren’t aligned, recognized, or supported in the right way. Projects keep pending when collaboration breaks down or when there’s no helicopter view to connect strategy with execution.

This realization inspired the creation of NKX Consulting, which is not a classical consultancy firm, but a space where strategy meets humanity, and where knowledge, people, and tools come together to create sustainable impact.
